Nipps, Brown, Collins, & Associates, Inc. can be traced to founder John P. Nipps. He started the practice in 1977 as a consulting firm. He was later joined by his son Randall C. Nipps and the firm developed a specialty in serving long-term health care providers throughout Ohio as well as becoming a full service Certified Public Accounting firm.

Gary Brown joined the firm in 1995 bringing his expertise in the healthcare industry. Currently he is CFO, 50% shareholder and President.

Betty L. Collins began working for the firm in 1988 under the direction of the founder eventully became a partner in January of 2000 and the Operations Managing Partner in 2005 specializing in accounting services such as financial statement preparation of audits, reviews and compilations, tax compliance and consulting, management advisory services and cash flow operations and consulting for small business. Currently she is CEO, 50% Shareholder and Treasurer/Secretary.

The firm is committed to the Chamber by serving in leadership. Betty Collins is on the Board as a director and serves as Chair of the Empowering Women committee. In addition she serves as President of the AmSpirit B2B chapter at EastonTownCenter.

You can never under estimate the value of the relation of your Certified Public Accountant. The firm have memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPA’s.
