Bob St. Germain is a Managing Director & Principal of CFA and co-owner of the firm’s Columbus, OH office. His industry focus includes the manufacturing, distribution and B2B/C service sectors. His geographic focus includes Ohio and its contiguous states. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI); holds the Series 24, Series 99, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 securities licenses; and has over 15 years of M&A experience. He earned his BS degree in General Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and his MBA degree from Harvard University.
