Additionally, Gahanna has the lowest income tax rate at 1.5% of all of the suburban communities in the northern arc of I-270: Bexley, Dublin, Hilliard, New Albany, Upper Arlington, and Westerville all have a municipal income tax rate of 2% of income earned in the community. The City of Columbus has recently increased their income tax rate to 2.5%. Office location or expansion to Gahanna makes good economic business sense to support a growing business.
