Each Chamber member business receives one copy of the Business to Business newsletter as a membership benefit. In an effort to bridge the communication gap, additional copies for employees can be ordered by contacting the Chamber. A six-month subscription is $12 and one-year subscription is $22.

DIRECTORY
Many people turn to the Chamber Directory, Published on a yearly basis, to locate the best and most accessible companies in the area. The Directory provides a colorful showcase for our Chamber business community and is rich with community resourse and business networking information that consumers use throughout the year. There will be a classified and alphabetized section that includes a free listing for every member. Distribution: 5,000 copies.

How about a company link from the Chamber’s site to yours? Help prospective clients find out about your business services, hours and location through this inexpensive advertising opportunity. The Gahanna Area Chamber offers this benefit for the reasonable price of $25 per year.

NETWORKING
MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Breakfast and lunch meetings are held the second Thursday of the month, from 7:30-9:00 a.m. & 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., focusing on a variety of business topics. New members are recognized at quarterly breakfast meeting and given an opportunity to talk briefly about their business.
Meeting sponsorships are available and scheduled in advance. Your company will receive advertising, a vendor table, admittance for two, and three minutes of speaking time in the program. Price: $100 (Limit 3 per meeting)
BUSINESS AFTER HOURS
A Business After Hours can be an effective way to promote your business by hosting this informal gathering. To schedule this networking opportunity, or for more details, contact the Chamber.
RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
Please schedule in advance by contacting the Chamber office. Company photo is featured in a monthly Business to Business newsletter. This is a free service for Chamber members.
COFFEE WITH THE CHAMBER
Join fellow members of the Gahanna Area Chamber for a FREE continental breakfast held every other month. Start the day by meeting with other local professionals and business owners, potential referral partners, and potential new customers in a comfortable setting with a structured format designed for one purpose - Networking! Hosting opportunities available!
ANNUAL BUSINESS EXPO
This is a great way for members to showcase their business and to network with other Chamber businesses. Tables can be reserved for a reasonable fee. Admission is free to the public. Advertising runs for two months in advance of this event.
COMMITTEES
Members of the Gahanna Area Chamber of Commerce are encouraged to participate in all activities of the Chamber, as well as participating in Chamber committees and the Board of Directors. Following are the Chamber committees with descriptions. Please contact the Chamber for the additional details if you are interested in joining a committee.
GOLF OUTING COMMITTEE
Responsibilities: meeting attendance, budget, location of event, advertising, sponsorship, door prizes, member contacts, volunteers and re-cap of completed event. Bob St. Germain, Corporate Finance Associates, is the Chair of this committee.
AMBASSADOR CLUB
Responsibilities: attendance at Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, Business After Hours and Monthly Membership Meetings. Personally contact members as assigned. Act as a mixer liaison. This all volunteer committee, chaired by Ron Wolfinger of Pre-Paid Legal Services, offers tremendous networking opportunities! Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. at the Chamber.
PLANNING TEAM
Responsibilities: meeting attendance, plan monthly business meetings, determine interesting topics and guest speakers. This committee is chaired by Charlie Collins of Collins Financial Services. Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 8:30 a.m. at the Chamber.
TASTE OF GAHANNA
Responsibilities: event budget, advertising, sponsorship, door prizes, member contacts, theme, volunteers and re-cap of event. This committee is chaired by Trent Smith, WesBanco Bank.
PROMOTIONS
There are several opportunities to promote your business at the following special events:
Golf Classic: The Chamber’s Annual Golf Classic provides members with the perfect venue for entertaining clients, rewarding associates for their contributions and networking with fellow members in a fun for all “scramble format.”
Taste of Gahanna: This annual event is the Chamber’s largest and most popular indoor event totaling over 500 in attendance. The fun filled evening, held the second week in October, showcases specialty dishes from some of the best restaurants in the Gahanna area and features the highlight of the evening, “The Chef’s Challenge.”
Creekside Networking Expo: Held on the third weekend in June, the Expo takes place in conjunction with the Annual Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival in downtown Olde Gahanna. This event offers Chamber members a unique opportunity to promote their business to thousands of people in the Gahanna community.

Group Rated Health Insurance: 
The Chamber offers group health insurance through the Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield Chamber Plan at a discount for members. Chamber businesses with as few as two employees can take advantage of private health insurance plans at more affordable rates and can be custom fit to specific needs. Workers' Compersation Group Rating Program:
