CHAMBER AFFILIATIONS

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce was founded on April 22, 1912, at the suggestion of President William Howard Taft to develop a strong link between business and government. Ohio has a similar organization (The Ohio Chamber of Commerce) that keeps a watchful eye on government at the state level. Your chamber of commerce is a member of both of these worthwhile organizations, thus keeping informed. The Gahanna Area Chamber also belongs to the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Ohio (CCEO). These groups provide professional networking and education for the Chamber's professional staff.
